Structure Sensor is a 3D sensing accessory that uses an eye-safe infrared laser to project invisible structured infrared light onto an indoor environment, and captures it with an infrared camera to produce a depth map.
Structure Sensor can be mounted to an iPad via form-fitting attachment bracket and connected to the iPad’s Lightning port. It can also be connected to other USB hosts (e.g.a laptop computer) via a USB cable (sold separately).
The device is optionally self-powered by a Lithium-Polymer rechargeable battery and communicates via USB.
